5. Not maintaining eye contact: This has to be one of the most obvious signs of a liar. Eye contact is linked with truthfulness, and multiple studies have linked lying with the inability to look someone in the eye.
6. They can’t handle unexpected questions: Honest people don’t have to think too hard about what they’re saying, they’re simply telling the truth. Liars, on the other hand, are inventing entire stories and situations clearly out of their own imaginations.
7. Micro-expressions: What studies have unveiled is the fact that facial movements reportedly associated with real feelings may just last a couple of milliseconds. Overall, brief spellings are actually real words.
8. Blinking: This is a part of the research that shows that the blink rate stores planted emotion, the sole tell-tale sign of lying.
9. Their facial expressions and their emotions don’t match up: Scientific researches show that this is just one more evidence that such behavior must be considered as a big lie signal.
10. Play devil’s advocate: If you do succeed in it, then, you can notch it up as a skill in identifying a liar. Deliberate on how scary you consider roller-coasters and situations whereby you have to confront fear, you probably won’t have a different taste from them in some aspects.
